If you follow these instructions you should have no difficulty in negotiating all the aspects of this website. These instructions refer to changing your password and posting a blog but they are also applicable to posting an event, complaint, feature or photograph. The images may have changed over time but the principle is still the same.

7. Return to Website
You can then return to the website by clicking or tapping the arrow in the edit line top left of the page.
8. Accessing the Page Types
The website is made up of pages, just like a magazine. To make it easy for you and keep consistency across the website, I have designed some page types which you access by clicking or tapping on the pages symbol top right of the editing line. If you don't want to edit any pages at this time then you can log out shown by the red arrow.
9. Choosing a Page Type
You can choose any one of the following page types ( in your language ) to start editing:
Blog entry, Feature entry, Event entry, Portfolio entry and Complaint entry. You cannot access any of the other page types.
10. Naming the Page
All the " entry " pages, when chosen, will open in Composer. I have used a blog entry page type for this tutorial. There are basic instructions when you click the question mark to the right of the title bar. Think of a good short name that adequately describes your blog etc. This name will be automatically placed in the placeholder on the web page for the page name or title. Then think of a description for you blog etc. Next you need to add a couple of tags to this page.
11. Adding Tags to the Page
Tags are a means to navigate to pages described by the tag. Scroll down and type your tag name into the space. The program will automatically copy your typing below. Click on the auto type and the tag will be inserted. Tags can be one or a few words but best not to use more than five. These tags will be automatically shown in the " Tags " column on the sidebar and on the " parent " or collection page.
If you have uploaded a picture for use on the page you need to add it as a thumbnail. See my instructions for images and the file system here.
When you have finished there are 2 choices, you can save these settings and go to the page or you can publish these settings and go to the page. Click or tap " Publish Page ".
12. Editing the Page
The page will now open. Click on the pencil top left of the edit line and the button will go green. This is the button for editing the page. You will also see that the page title is the one you typed in the composer. You will notice your username and date below the page title. There are several instructions I have included on the page but don't worry these are not shown on a published page. Follow these instructions carefully and you will complete your page successfully. When your blog is complete, you then click on the pencil in the green box again and a side panel will open. Click on " Save " and you will then be taken to the finished page. A dialogue box will open and you just need to approve the page version.
13. Accessing " Parent " page
Click or tap " Blog " in the navigation bar and you will see a shortened description of your blog, plus an image if you included one. Your blog will be on top if it is the most recent.
